bx33 Terms and Conditions

bx33 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") provides an online casino and betting service for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bx33 and its users ("you" or "member").

Alongside these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines apply to you equally. These three documents together form the complete legal framework for using bx33.

bx33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. We therefore recommend visiting this page regularly.

If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, only that clause will be voided; the remaining terms will continue in full effect.

To open an account and use the services on bx33, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Account registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a resident of any country or region where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• You may operate only one account. If the same person holds multiple accounts, both will be closed.
• You must register under your own identity; opening an account under someone else's name or a false identity is not permitted.
• You are mentally competent and are using this platform of your own free will.
• You must not be a person previously banned by bx33.

3.1 Registration Process

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. If the information provided is later found to be incorrect or false, bx33 reserves the right to close the account immediately and forfeit the balance.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

• Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, including uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special symbols.
• Sharing your login credentials with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• Log out of your account after using a public device or shared network.

3.3 KYC (Identity Verification)

bx33 may conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any stage. This process may require a copy of your national ID, passport, or driving license, as well as proof of address. Withdrawal requests will not be considered until KYC is completed.

4.1 Deposits

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds into bx33: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method). You may only use a payment method registered in your own name.

Depositing funds from a third-party account is strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the relevant funds will be forfeited and the account may be placed under investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, this time may increase if verification is in progress or a security review is ongoing.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
• bx33 may request necessary documents before processing a withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold while active bonus wagering is in progress.
• bx33 reserves the right to hold withdrawals if money laundering is suspected.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on bx33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Applicable bank rates will be followed for any foreign currency conversion.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bx33 offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To receive this bonus, an active account and a first-time deposit are required. Each member may receive the welcome bonus only once.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Specific wagering requirements must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn. For the welcome bonus, the wagering requirement is 10 times (10x) the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳5,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳50,000 in bets before withdrawing.

• Only bets made with bonus funds count toward wagering.
• Use of bonuses on certain games may be restricted — see the promotions page for details.
• Using multiple bonuses at the same time is not possible.
• Completing wagering is mandatory before cashing out bonus funds.

5.3 Promotion Abuse

If bx33 determines that a member is abusing promotions (for example, collecting bonuses through multiple accounts or bet hedging), bx33 reserves the right to cancel that member's bonus and close their account.

5.4 VIP Program

bx33 has four VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Members can advance to higher tiers based on regular play and activity on the platform. Bronze members receive a maximum weekly cashback of 0.3%, Silver 0.6%, Gold 0.9%, and Platinum members a maximum of 1.2% weekly cashback. bx33 reserves the right to change VIP benefits.

6.1 Fair Play

All games offered on bx33 are developed by trusted software providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Microgaming, Ezugi, NetEnt) and operated using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. This ensures that the outcome of every game is completely unbiased and not predetermined.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the game lobby. bx33 reserves the right to adjust a member's betting limits at any time, particularly if unusual betting patterns are detected.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a game result is cancelled due to a server error, network disruption, or software issue, the bet for that round will be returned. Any unusual winnings displayed due to a technical error will not be considered valid.

6.4 Game Changes and Removal

bx33 reserves the right to remove any game from the platform or add new games without prior notice. bx33 will not be held responsible if any game becomes unavailable due to changes in agreements with providers.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bx33:

• Playing games or placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Creating multiple accounts or accessing third-party accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Attempting to collect bonuses or rewards through fraudulent means.
• Hacking, cracking, or any form of cyber attack on the system.
• Abusing the system through collaboration with other members.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Using the bx33 name or logo without permission.

8.1 Closure by bx33

bx33 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of the Terms.
• Registration using false or incorrect information.
• Fraudulent activity or suspicious financial transactions.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• When required for security or legal reasons.

8.2 Closure by the Member

You may request to close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw the available balance before the account is closed, however any active bonuses will be cancelled.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If there are no transactions or logins for 12 consecutive months, the account will be marked as inactive. A fixed maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts each month, which will be deducted until the balance reaches zero.

bx33 is an entertainment service platform. bx33 will have no legal liability in the following matters:

• Game losses or lost bets due to internet connection disruptions.
• Delays or errors from third-party payment services.
• Losses from unauthorized use of an account (if the member shares their login credentials).
• Force majeure events: natural disasters, war, government restrictions, or cyber attacks.
• Errors or disruptions from external service providers.

bx33's maximum liability for any single incident is limited to the total amount deposited by the member during that month.
